La Alfabetización Archivística debe sustentarse desde las áreas del conocimiento para poder dar organización al universo de documentos desorganizados, así tendremos que utilizar a la Archivística como medio más seguro de organización de los documentos públicos, también utilizar a la Bibliotecología para organizar los libros en posesión del archivo público.
En esta propuesta, presentaremos de una manera más amena los aspectos teóricos prácticos necesarios para rescatar, organizar, ordenar, catalogar y clasificar todos los documentos públicos que se encuentran abarrotados en depósitos de documentos sin orden alguno.
